HOW TO REQUEST WARRANTY(return, repair and refund)


Only faulty items can be returned under warranty.

Please follow the warrnty process:

1. Please describe the problem with your items in details stating your order number and product code.

2. Please tell us what steps you have already taken to solve the issue. 

3. Please send us clear picture or video of the defects in good lighting. (Ideally, the photos/videos should be clear and focused, under good lighting condition, and taken at close and medium distance. We will do our best to help you. 

***We encourage you to work with us to trouble shoot any problem you may be having before sending an item back. 

 *** Customer is responsible for shipping both ways in the case of free replacement, return or repair). 

***Make sure that the product is still under the warranty period (6months).
